We had a clogged kitchen sink for 2 months now. 3 plumbers came out and couldn’t fix. Now they’ve excavated under the foundation to see if there are busted pipes. Worse, there are clean cut pipes leading to nowhere and some filled with concrete. The excavation team said they have never in all their years of working seen it this bad and that it looks like they poured the foundation before the plumbing was finished out!! Worst home builder. Don’t trust them with your house!!
Stucco crumbling, floor is lifting in some spots. They sent a flooring guy out, but that did not help.
We have a 3 year old house and the stucco is crumbling off the outside! In spite of contacting 2 different people at Sivage, I’ve gotten no advisements on whom to contact for repair. 1 person got back to me with a snarky email and the other person didn’t get back to me at all. I was asking them who originally stuccoed the house, so that i could contact them to come repair it. Terrible customer service and I’d never buy another house they built!
