Horrible customer service very rude and nasty. Thank god I didn’t get the chance to go there for my FIRST visit!! I called in to confirm my appointment which is in a few days when requesting to verify if another day was available without canceling , the receptionist put me on hold then came back to the line and told me that they couldn’t see me and that I had to go look for another cardiologist because I had cancel my appointment previously and threatened me that I was lucky they didn’t charge me a $30 cancellation fee .. wh... read more

I had a stent placed in the hospital by this doctor. Never saw him the next day or anytime after while I was recovering in the hospital. Went for follow up visit and was unable to fill out my form because I forgot my reading glasses. I asked the receptionist if she would help? With a lollipop stuck in her mouth she mumbled that she couldn't help and I needed to write down all my medicine too.
