Tell the guy answering the phone to be respectful to the callers. I called Langley Park office to enquire about 1120 filing and if I could get an estimate. His response, "we don't take new clients because very few days are left". Fair enough but here's where things went wrong when I said, "you need to stop spending money on advertising in "India this week, why are you wasting money?" and his response was less professional, "we advertise all the time but doesn't mean we'll give an estimate on the phone". We had been going to Mr.John for last few years for tax filing. He & his team are very energetic, enthusiastic & timely solved our tax issues. Mr. John is very knowledgeable & advises us with correct procedures for federal & state taxes without any hassles. Appreciate his entire team for satisfactory solutions. Ample of car parking. My mother is foreign meaning she knows little to no English. She has been coming to them for over 10 years. I’ve accompanied my mom for the past 3 years and I have to say I am not impressed. They charged her $50 for the first time I came with her, then the next year they charged $70, I told her we are not coming back but my mom keeps insisting that they’re good people and they do a good job. Today (2018) when I went with her not only did they charge her $160 but they pretty much wasted our time. We stayed there for 3.5 hours... read more
