Absolutely disgusted!! BEWARE, abhorrent business practices! These people will lie to you at the consultation about what is covered by insurance. Then you’ve got to wait weeks for your next appointment and drive hours after confirming that it is covered by insurance. Then, after you’ve arrived they will tell you it isn’t covered at all and demand half upfront! You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Taking advantage of people like this is disgusting! Take you’re business elsewhere if possible!!!
I was treated very kindly while getting my root canal procedure done by Kapil. He made sure that I knew what he was doing every step of the way. He also made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. I highly recommend your office to anyone in need of a root canal. Very thankful I had Kapil as my Endodontist for the time being.
