I was not impressed. Patient experience team was abysmally incompetent and unhelpful. I work in healthcare, and I am sick of incompetence in healthcare. My time was completely wasted.
My referral was for one thing. I took off 5 hours of work, drove a round trip of 162 miles, and 3 hours and 20 minutes just driving to and from my appointment. No interstates, etc. My referral was for one thing. I showed up, I was explaining what has been going on with my facial injury, and the provider was like, "your referral was for headaches." Ridiculous. Called four times to be on hold 20+ minutes before talking to anybody. Get told I will get a call back. I Never do. This place is infuriating. Going to switch to Springfield clinic ASAP.
