I pay their bill. Then they bill me again. Then I call and get the menu and then the ever useful "we value you....hold' and then an explanation-which is foolish. I am just hoping the .medical service I am getting is not a reflection of the quirky and incompetent business practices.
I was going to this other doctor before I found siu. Really happy I found siu, they did some blood work and found a vitamin d deficiency i had. I haven't had this much energy in a very long time. Even the siu urgent care by walmart is so awesome. It nice to walk in and feel welcomed. Telling ya these are the people you want on your medical team. They do blood work to investigate xray mri's. Don't waste your time here. Try to call any dr you hold for an hour then they laugh and hang up
Would not recommend mainly due to the bad billing practices. Tina and Melissa will refuse to contact your insurance to verify that your insurance has paid before they send you a bill. They will willingly let you into the practice knowing your insurance will not pay, and then fail to abide by the no surprise act in place by the government and provide you an estimate of the services that are not covered, (per SIU med website, they are to provide you one no less than three business days of what is to be expected). Based on the numerous residents I've seen, I would stay away from working with this group. Students learn bad habits from disinterested teachers and it shows.
