I unfortunately saw Casey Mifflin here. If you’re someone who knows your body and just wants to improve your pelvic floor tone, don’t bother with this nurse practitioner. She’s only interested in people who’ve had major surgeries, accidents, and have serious incontinence issues. Anyone looking for preventative care will get treated like a weirdo.
