I have had 3 infections. First one never called back used my own antibiotics. Second one didn't hear back after 48 hours called after a bunch of obvious B.S. they prescribed antibiotic. Said they would change procedure to handle my needs. Third infection again had to call to get results. Been puking for days. Thanks SIU never again will I call you when I have an infection. Urgent care treats my needs better than SIU specialists. I am a cancer survivor with a neo bladder that is prone to infections
Had a great experience with Jay Benoit NP today. Very high level of professionalism by him and all the staff. I spent only a couple of minutes in the waiting room before going back to the treatment room. A very positive experience. I highly recommend Jay Benoit and SIU Urology.
I made my first visit with Mallory Westcott today. I am very impressed with her as she educated me about prostate issues. She was willing to listen to me as I had several questions to ask her. A lady at the front desk was friendly. A nurse was good and listened to me as I answered her questions. My visit was so pleasant. Also, Mallory is very professional. Thank you, Mallory Westcott
Crystal and all the nurses at SIU made my visit to SUI Urology great. A friendly face with a warm greeting makes an uneasy time not as worrisome. Our new Doctor (Mohammad Mahmoud) seemed to be very interested in making sure I was at ease and the test went as planned. Thanks to all for making this day easier.
The ratings others have given is spot on. The doctors are great, but the staff and nurses are not the best. I feel like I’m having to fight with the nurse for a new medication that my urologist prescribed back in April. It’s been six months and I am still without my new medicine.
