After waiting the 9 months for a first appointment, no answers, no calls with test results after weeks of waiting and no record in my notes of the referral I was given to see a different specialist, and a game of phone tag to actually try to talk to any person with some type of answer. While it might be the standard of healthcare now, it’s no less disappointing.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Iqbal and her staff. Everyone was kind and professional, and Dr. Iqbal took plenty of time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and order the right tests to truly understand what’s going on. I appreciate her expertise and genuine care. Thank you.
Madeline is a horrible provider. Overly judgmental and lies on patient reports to keep herself out of trouble. SIU should really start listening to the recorded calls and reprimand the doctors that abuse their power.
