I have never experienced anything as unprofessional as this place. I’ve tried twice to see my doctor, and both times I was denied without a valid reason. The staff even lied and said I was out in the waiting room threatening people — which is absolutely false. If that had really happened, the police would have been called, but instead, a nurse came out, insulted me, and accused me of refusing treatment. I was given my referral in may for mental health services. The appointment i was given was in the end of October. At the last minute they cancelled. They gave me a new appointment for December. After the lack of communication and being put off for 6+ months I just cancelled the appointment. If you are a new patient please take the time to read all these reviews before putting your mental health in their hands. Seems like this is a bad place to get help. The receptionist is nice though.
Complete joke and waste of time and money. Can't even get a single paper from them let alone someone who actually cares. My mental health was affecting my job so I needed something from them to help provide proof that I'm working on it and not just pulling everyone's leg at work and the doctor said they would send me something and here I am almost a month later with nothing. Find somewhere that will work with you and listen to you cause this place ain't it. It's just some clowns trying to play doctor.
Went for years for depression. Finally was told I could try this new experimental treatment that has had really good success, called TMS. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. The nurse who did mine was terrible, she had no idea how to do it. I was constantly in pain and afraid I was going to shatter my teeth from the spasms the machine caused.
