The last TWO times I’ve called, (months ago) I’ve NEVER received a call back. Called last week— still, no call back! I ended up calling my PCP and was recommended to be seen in the ER immediately. Thankfully, nothing serious was going on as my PCP mentioned given my symptoms from a recent procedure I could have a serious infection that was traveling quickly. Told that the soonest ob appointment for a new pregnancy was in November. Am I supposed to be 22 weeks along for my first appointment?
Update: the providers DO NOT communicate appropriately, skip being seen by Kaitlyn, rude, unprofessional, and again ZERO compassion. The front desk staff are still loud, rude, unprofessional, gossiping about patients and personal lives alike. Wait times are still absurd. Rooms and lobby are still dirty. Been coming through now 3 pregnancies and over the last 2 years it has went to complete crap. We wait between 30 mins to an hour before every single scheduled appointment.
