Dr Gonzalez was great, but every time I was in the waiting room it REEKED of marijuana (which makes my pregnancy nausea 10000x worse). Very long wait times and being in a waiting room with female inmates on top of it reeking of weed made me go to Springfield clinic
Front desk staff is very unprofessional. Loud and obnoxious while discussing their personal lives. I may not have experienced this if my wait wasn't over an hour long. Update: 9 months later same front dest staff cursing and chatting about their personal life for all to hear. After sitting there for 50 minutes I get a text message saying we are sorry you missed your appointment. Excuse me? Turns out they checked in the wrong person. Been coming through now 3 pregnancies and over the last 2 years it has went to complete crap. We wait between 30 mins to an hour before every single scheduled appointment. Then, get to a room and wait there 30+minutes as well. The front desk is always rude, the nurses and drs have little to no compassion...... I would suggest going elsewhere as we did.
Trying to get a doctors appointment when you need to be seen is not a thing anymore. Was having issues that were physically noticeable and they were just going to give me an antibiotic over the phone (which they wouldn’t do last time I KNEW I had a UTI.) they told me next appointment was 2 weeks out, well hope my problem wouldn’t get worse or go away. So they told me to go to urgent care where I sat for 2 hrs to get a SWAB! Finding a new OBGYN, since this is now the 2nd time I’m in urgent care because they couldn’t get me in... read more
