This place is a joke. Since I was referred here they took me off all of my normal migraine meds and started me on new ones. It took about 2 weeks for them to put in a prior authorization for one. The emergency med, I could not keep that down and insisted I go back on my normal emergency med. So instead of looking at my notes that states I've been on 100 mg of this med for 20 years, they send in a script for 25 mg. Was referred up here for a specific reason. Received a call telling me referral had been accepted. Showed up for appointment. I was going over symptoms, and I was informed my appointment was for something completely different. Something I never asked to be seen for. I obtained a copy of the referral and it was filled correctly. Appointment ended up being with a NP and NOT a Neurologist. Wasted my time, my paid time off, and 3 hours and 20 minutes driving round trip. Brought it to their attention and they would not let me see... read more
I called twice for a preauthorization and so today my pharmacy sent me a message saying my medicine was ready.. I called them to make sure insurance was going to cover it and they said no.. so I called my insurance personally and come to find out THERE IS NO REQUEST FROM YOU. So here I am almost a whole month without an important medication and back to getting sick every damn day. This is unacceptable.
