Very disappointed with the staff here. Schedulers were not friendly at all and were not accommodating to time of appointment. You were forced o take the appt time they gave you. Nurses were not friendly either. I would be prescribed a new medication on a Monday and it would not be at my pharmacy until that Friday. That was only after several phone calls to find out what the problem was. Drs. did not explain things and didn't act like they even cared. Probably the worst medical experience I’ve had in Springfield. Long story short, my scans found that I have chronic pancreatitis and the doctors did nothing. I ended up being told by a nurse there to go see my PCP for further help with the issue. Aren’t you a gastroenterology clinic?!
0 stars. These doctors don’t know what they are doing and have clearly never learned about patient care. We have tried calling their office 6 times for a CT scan they wanted to have done and have not heard a single thing back. They will not call back or schedule anything. The worst care I’ve ever seen
