This is a piss poor establishment you call over there to have a pre authorization approved and the nurse don’t care and are snotty with you. You in-from them of only having 2 days of insulin left and they say you should have got it sooner. Very unprofessional and that’s not how insurance works lady. Take your business elsewhere horrible place and won’t get an answer out of the nurses or anyone for weeks.
Called a week ago to ask about my appointment, they told me it was Monday July 29th at 3pm, few days later received confirmation text for that exact date and time. Went to appointment and they rescheduled my appointment with out notification. This also happened Nov ‘23 I called to see about appointment due to work scheduling and they told me it was canceled. I had to make another appointment for February, which I could not make it to due to switching jobs and not being able to request off for 90 days. Went to primary in Marc... read more

Very poor and rude staff at front desk. Will give you approval card with said time and date and when you arrive for said appointment, then tells you oh we have no appointment scheduled. Heaven forbid you should be needing a call back from a nurse for any issues, takes weeks upon weeks if not multiple calls to get anywhere. Do not recommend this office at all.
