My husband called and told 3 different people the same story and when he finally got to the 4th person he explained his frustration didn’t curse or be disrespectful just said that all those transfers was incompetence and the female Who took the last call decided to make it better by hanging up because I guess she thought that was a smart move. If you can’t handle dealing with frustrated patients you have no business in the health care field. Thanks to her we will be taking our healthcare needs to another clinic.
