From the moment my wife and I walked in something felt wrong. It turns out, we were right. Loret De Mola is rude and will only take people that are in shape. If you’re overweight, he treats you so poorly it’ll put you in tears on this hard enough journey. It’s sad he’s the only option for central Illinois. Don’t come here unless you want to get traumatized! Was repeatedly told that the reason why I wasn’t getting pregnant was because of my weight. However, I was under the BMI weight limit that the clinic has set. Cancelled cycle after cancelled cycle, tens of thousands of dollars wasted. Was FULLY AWAKE AND AWARE during my egg retrieval. Dr. Loret de mola is amazing and so is the staff. A year later after a salpingectomy I am finally pregnant!! Highly recommend SIU Fertility center!! Thank you SIU Fertility Center for everything 🙏🪽🫶🙌✝️🩺
This is the worst place! They do not care about patients or patient experience. Very rude, and no bedside manner. If you wanna be a mother I would not dare put my care in these people’s hands.
I am shocked by the bad reviews! As someone that works in healthcare, I cannot say enough about this clinic. Dr Loret de Mola is outstanding and we never had any issues with the staff or office. I truly don’t believe I would have my daughter with Dr. Loret de Mola. His bedside manner is excellent, I never felt like a number or protocol. His IVF success rates speak for itself. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made our dreams of having a family come true.
