I met with Dr. Johnson, Dr. Phalke and Dr. Stone. I felt heard and was treated with respect. I would highly recommend. I couldn't have expected better.
This facility is about as dysfunctional as it gets. I struggled with the Doctor I saw as I felt they were not listening to all of my symptoms/concerns and instead zooming in on one single thing. This was no where near as frustrating as it is to call this facility-get a message to your Dr or nurse. I have gone 4-5 days without a call back even after calling daily to remind them I need a call back. I am consistently told "oh they are just busy and will call before the end of the day" only for it to be Friday at 4 with no call ... read more
