Open time should be corrected, especially if you have an appointment for 8am but are recommended to arrive 15minutes before your appointment time. As well as having the option to actually communicate with your provider or provider’s nurse via app which you can not use as instructed. Gots to do better! The staff is phenomenal though, my nurse I see in the in person visit is always in good spirits and seem to enjoy her job!

Dr Wiegand was a good resident doctor. When I called SIU Family Medicine, I was on hold for 30 minutes or so. I finally picked up by answering my call. When I called the nurse to leave a message, I had not received a call back. I decided to leave SIU Family Medicine for good.
Very bad place with terrible work ethics, do not come here unless you want to waste your time, notice all the bad reviews they are there for a reason. This place needs to drastically do better for its patients. Disgusted just waiting on a lawsuit.
