This is absolutely unacceptable and beyond frustrating. It is impossible to get through via phone to any of the SIU offices. I was on hold this morning for 35 minutes and finally gave up. That was important time for me. When I called back and explained that I need to talk to SOMEONE now, I was told she would put me through to someone (I forget what she called it…patient concerns, or something like that?) who could answer questions about my situation and it wouldn’t be a wait time. Great service. Friendly people.
Don't go here. I had horrible service and literal lies put in my file. When I complained I started going through every lie, all of which are very easily confirmed to be false information. I was told to fill a form and they would take up to 60 days to consider my request to have the lies removed. I was told a supervisor would call me. Didn't happen, just someone telling me to call the support/complaint line AGAIN.
