I had to fly out here for some reason?
The audacity for people in the medical field who noticed a lot to be seen by doctor, but when it has a medical emergency not a single receptionist jumps into action to make a phone call for emergency personnel to respond to the incident. Zero stars.
I've had no problem with them before but for some reason now any time anybody calls to get me a new appointment you're either put on hold and forced to wait then hung up on, or you're told your provider isn't there. I genuinely don't get what the issue is. I would have no problem calling the other location where my doctor is to figure SOMETHING out but I kinda need to know if she's there instead of being told she's HERE, where I'm calling and then being hung up on. I've needed this appointment since July.
