I chose SIU Family Medicine for my PCP nearly two years ago. I have consulted two Resident MD's and each was very competent and helpful in treating my diabetes and hypertension as well as the normal conditions experienced by a 78 year old.
These people are a joke. A new level of incompetency achieved. Bravo SIU! Do not go through SIU for ANY healthcare needs!
The worst communication ever, blatant disrespect. My mother has requested paperwork to be filled out, all she gets is” it could take 2 weeks to fill out a piece of paper someone will call you, no call at all, remind you it’s been a month, hopefully she finds a better doctor office soon!!!!
First time meeting my new primary care physician. Dr Ward was amazing. She was very thorough in her exam and listened to my concerns. It was not rushed and I felt very comfortable. I am very happy with my visit and recommend Dr. Ward!!
