The worst communication ever, blatant disrespect. My mother has requested paperwork to be filled out, all she gets is” it could take 2 weeks to fill out a piece of paper someone will call you, no call at all, remind you it’s been a month, hopefully she finds a better doctor office soon!!!!
First time meeting my new primary care physician. Dr Ward was amazing. She was very thorough in her exam and listened to my concerns. It was not rushed and I felt very comfortable. I am very happy with my visit and recommend Dr. Ward!!

Open time should be corrected, especially if you have an appointment for 8am but are recommended to arrive 15minutes before your appointment time. As well as having the option to actually communicate with your provider or provider’s nurse via app which you can not use as instructed. Gots to do better! The staff is phenomenal though, my nurse I see in the in person visit is always in good spirits and seem to enjoy her job!
