Great inventory of ski gear I haven't seen anywhere else in the area. The staff were great and very helpful in my purchasing decision
Manager was terrible to deal with. His employees are great but he has no ability to take ownership of issues with some of the products he sold us
Owner was surprisingly unreasonably and rude regarding a faulty product they sold (manufacturer defect). The defect itself was not their fault but they did not stand behind the product at all and blamed us. Tried to support local but surprised they are still in business with his kind of management.
The whole crew was very helpful with a ski boot fitting! They looked at my feet, asked some questions and put me in the most perfect boot, they heat molded them and helped me figure out what footbeds to get to help with my foot pain issues I was having with my old boots. Brennan was the one that helped me the most and had some good info to pass along while fitting the boots for me. Would recommend!
