I had a really disappointing experience buying ski boots from this shop. When I purchased my boots in Kansas City, I trusted the staff to properly size and fit me. Ski boots are not something you should guess on, and I relied on their expertise during the fitting process. Unfortunately, it turns out the fitting was completely wrong. They blew my expectations out of the water super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable staff I came in for a pair of new boots their prices are incredibly fair and I walked out a very happy customer.
Great place to visit when needing new equipment or services to tune your existing equipment. Been coming here for over 30 years and never had any issues. Last year I purchased new skies / binding that they mounted. Last month I bought another pair of Salomon Boa ski boots and Jamie / Chris were great getting the new boots fitted correctly including the new orthotics for them. Highly recommended them for your skiing needs.
Look no further! - This is the best ski/board shop you’ll find in the Midwest! Don’t let their location fool you! They offer top quality product and know their stuff extremely well. Austin worked overtime to save me another 1.5 hour drive, so I was able to get everything set up in 1 visit. They stand behind their work 100%. Super friendly and professional group of guys. I’ll definitely be back and meanwhile be recommending them to others. Thank you guys!
