The Sitzmark Chalet has classic rustic charm done right. It’s an older property, but it’s exceptionally clean, warm, and full of authentic lodge-like details like log handrails, benches made from old skis, and a retired gondola basket at the front entrance. We stayed in room 21, an upstairs room with two queen beds, a huge seating area, a retro faux fireplace, and a Southwest charm. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The price was incredibly affordable. All in all, a great place to stay.

the lady at the desk is super creepy she will remind you of kathy bates in misery .she pops out to the desk from her room right behind it last time i came she refused to let me stay allthough they had paid gave no good reason no refund i had to call expedia ..still refused . expedia gave me a credit ..no breakfast just day old muffins ..no amenities no sign of owners on site when i asked for them she refused ..dont walk from there run

Staff is so friendly and helpful with things to see and do. They listened to my wife and I ramble when we came back from adventures. Will definitely stay there again if in the area. Oh beds were great.

We loved how clean the room was and that a sauna was an amenity! The staff was amazing and helped us feel welcomed. Such a cute place <3
