I have always one been terrified… and I mean terrified of the dentist and from the very first time I saw dr John and his team I lost any bit of fear I had. His patience, knowledge and quickness has made all the difference in my life and I’m forever grateful.
I proactively called Sitwell after open enrollment to confirm my appointments. The appointments were confirmed but I was told my insurance would be dropped in the new year. Despite this, they canceled all my future appointments without notifying me. Nowhere—neither verbally nor in their stock letter—did they say it was my responsibility to reach out if I wanted to stay a patient. This was not the first lack of communication I’ve had from this office. Frustrating and disappointing.

I used to really love this practice back when I had Dr. Cami. When I call I am told that she only takes special patients. It was years before I came back to the dentist… I don’t want another one… I only trust Dr. Cami. I am a special case… at least I used to be… My feeling is the practice is too big for my britches.
