I was not impressed at all. I saw how many stars so I assumed it was good. My falafel sandwich had very dense falafel, not fresh. My beef shawarma was not good either. Hummus was watery, too much lemon taste. Very disappointing after spending so much money. I almost want to call and complain.
I'll be back again!
On reason atmosphere is 4 stars is because I so often order out from this location -- I've never been in person! My food is always prepared exactly as specified and it is always delicious. I've never had a bad experience at this location that if money/time weren't an issue, I would drive to this location over the one in Green, OH 10 minutes from where I live! Keep up the great job!
I always enjoyed the Sittoo's in Parma. I've now tried this on twice and it is a 1 out of 10 would not recommend. Short story long, both times I've ordered was for carry out. Both times the orders were incomplete. Both times I tipped ahead of the order at payment (against my better judgment). Never again! As far as the food goes, it was meh at best. The chicken Shwarma sandwich literally had about a piece and a half of chicken and so much sauce I couldn't taste anything but sauce anyhow. We ordered a side of fries. No fries.... read more
