On reason atmosphere is 4 stars is because I so often order out from this location -- I've never been in person! My food is always prepared exactly as specified and it is always delicious. I've never had a bad experience at this location that if money/time weren't an issue, I would drive to this location over the one in Green, OH 10 minutes from where I live! Keep up the great job!
I always enjoyed the Sittoo's in Parma. I've now tried this on twice and it is a 1 out of 10 would not recommend. Short story long, both times I've ordered was for carry out. Both times the orders were incomplete. Both times I tipped ahead of the order at payment (against my better judgment). Never again! As far as the food goes, it was meh at best. The chicken Shwarma sandwich literally had about a piece and a half of chicken and so much sauce I couldn't taste anything but sauce anyhow. We ordered a side of fries. No fries.... read more
Our food came out very fast and was a a good value in terms of size. We had the falafel sandwich, hummus, and chicken shawarma entree. The pita that came with the hummus and chicken dish were both excellent. The hummus itself could have been more flavorful but I enjoyed how smooth it was. The sandwich was good but not great for me. I couldn't really taste the falafel, but the pickles on it were nice. The service was great and it was a very nice looking space, so will definitely be back to try some other menu items!
