I love how you guys don't try to push people through like a number. When I come in I can expect Dr Sitti to sit there and go over stuff with me until we come up with a game plan that both of us agreed on. I have had appointments where they are 10 min long and I've had ones an hour long and it feels amazing to be heard. From check in to the moment you leave it feels like they are doing their best and you are cared for.
