Kim is so helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. She was able to help us navigate the ends and outs of the care we needed for our family member. The caregiver she sent to us was kind and capable and was everything we needed. With sitters, CNA's, and a nurse available, it was a well-rounded experience. Excellent communication too!
