I was promised my glasses in just over a week. They were replacing the lens in my everyday frames. I called several times to see what the delay was. I was told that Kodak broke my frames. After waiting for an update I called again. I was told that UPS lost the glasses and later that day I was told they had come in. This is 4 weeks later. No price adjustment was made and I was told they were sending the broken frames back to Kodak.
