My rating was based on the continually varying story on what was included in the pricing. Each time a new bid was presented there were additional items above and beyond the sales pitch of "just like this one", the model. When the features met "this one" pricing was $250k-$300k more than the original quotation of "this one". It's really surprising to see a response after 6-1/2 year too. We are very happy where we landed - not at Sitterle however.
Sitterle took 499 days to build our house and I still am trying to get 1 year warranty issues finished. It’s been impossible to regulate the thermostat bc they skimped out on installation(see photos). They’re a small company and get super overwhelmed with building house. The list goes on but don’t listen to Eddy, and shop elsewhere. Everything changes once they get your deposit. The contract is very unilateral in favor of Sitterle
I just recently came across the store while my car was getting worked. I walked in with intentions of networking and potentially referencing my custom home clients to this business. However, the blonde lady who was working there was in the middle of a appointment Apparently, and made us leave Immediately. To say the least of customer service was extremely poor and me and my wife were completely disregarded and sent out of the store without the slightest regard of showing us what they have to offer.
