I’m in the process of building in Cimarron Hills with Sitterle and they are the absolute worst builder with zero quality and customer service. They refuse to fix errors made by not building the home to the plans they agreed too. They fight costumers every step of the way and expect you to concede to their shoddy work. Run don’t walk away from this company pretending to build homes.

Worst home builder on the planet!!! I live at the Enclave at Weston Oaks. We are currently under a maintenance agreement (Complements of Alex Rickle) that Forces homeowners to have a lawn maintenance care for our property. What we are receiving is a disgraceful, disgusting and Horrible so called lawn service where there is no supervision in regards to the lawns and the condition that they are kept. This was the worst home building experience I have ever had. Don’t just walk away from this company but run away. The sales person, Brooke, and the entire company should have consequences for the way they handle their business and clients. right in the middle of selections for tile and flooring and everything else they decided it would be OK to try to raise the price over $200,000. Obviously we said no and decided to take our business elsewhere. What a horrendous experience this was.

This company is so disorganized. They don't give any thought to their potential customers. They will try to keep you from hiring a 3rd party home Inspection by their contract wording. This is normally so they won't have to fix any mistakes by their subcontractors.They try to up sale everything including the kitchen vent. So you get a vent but for 400.00 you can get the bottom of the vent. You can have upgraded tile for a reasonable price but it will cost you more if the carpet in a room has not been put in, the same tile wil... read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I have built several homes in the past and know good home building. . I thought this company was going to be top notch being that it is “Timeless Design. Unrivaled quality.” That is so far from the truth. Everything in that house is crap. From the wood to the paint. No communication with the superintendent. Closing date pushed back twice. Terrible terrible!!!! Go build a KB home. You’ll get better results at half the price.
