I went to their warehouse, and they showed me around the whole place. They even gave me advice on things for my puppy. Super friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. I've never had a problem with ordering from them, and I've been getting orders with them for about a year now. I recommend them to everyone I know.
I tried to purchase a dog house from them for my dog that was arriving in three weeks. Their website informed me that the house would arrive within 5-7 business days (the website STILL says that). I emailed them twice and through yellow pages research found a phone number to call them; they didn't answer either email or my voice messages. I put a stop payment of the purchase (since you can't get in touch with them to cancel the order).
