Dr. Sitler 5 stars, person who answers the phone -50 stars, guy at the front desk 5 stars, other staff 3 stars. Have been a patient for 10+ years and find the doctor to be excellent, referred when appropriate and with excellent results. The person answering the phone needs customer service training or pursue another job where she doesn't need to interact with people.
Dr. Sitler is competent, friendly, and takes the time to listen. She has been our family doctor since 2010 and I could not recommend her more highly.
absolutely the best dr. hands down I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, for 8 years now no matter the problem, severity she treats each visit in the same attentive, caring and professional manner, I have never left her office feeling my problems were not addressed and have always left knowing MY health was her #1 priority
Started out great, but over the years has become absolutely awful. Wait time became ridiculous, wouldn't ever actually give informed opinions as your doctor, referred me to the worst specialists possible (I have an arrhythmia), etc. During my last visit I waited 30 min in the waiting room, and an entire hour in the exam room while I listened to her talk about the Steelers and what she had for lunch with staff in the office next door. When she finally saw me she rushed me out...
She has helped mee so much! So easy to talk to.! Will listen to me instead of ignoring my problems!
She was outstanding with me. Dr. Sitler would come in, sit down, talk about my condition, and always made good decision for me.
