Very honest, professional and responsive. My furnace quit working and they came out the following morning. The techs were very polite and respectful. It can be tough to deliver the news to someone that they need a system replacement. The system was 25 years old so it wasn't too much of a surprise. This company came to work on my neighbor’s furnace but also helped me in the process. My car was stuck in the snow and Brett and Isaac helped push my car out. Super nice people!

Sitler and Lemon is the best in minisplit units. People are friendly,caring, and fast service. Found the problem right away, that other people could not diagnose. Had Motta heating install originally. Poor installation. Had problems with unit from day one. Called Sitler and Lemon. They knew things weren't done correctly. Replaced everything that Motta done.
