Early Saturday morning my hot water tank decided to "explode" and was gushing like a fountain. Found turn off valve, then called a family member who happened to refer me to Steve of Sitka Plumbing in Parksville. Steve called me back not long after I left a message with the office, and was there shortly after that. Steve was friendly, courteous, and professional and got the old tank out, new pipes, water tank installed in a relatively short time. I highly recommend this business and their great service.
Steve was a real pleasure to work with. He was on time, explained everything and installed the dishwasher with no issues. Bonus he did not mind our 2 golden retrievers greeting him excitedly and unlike other plumbers we have used, he cleaned up after himself. Price was reasonable and he is one of the kindest I have met during our reno. I highly recommend him and his work.
Steve installed our new Moen Kitchen faucet. He arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to take his shoes off before entering our home and was COVID safe at all times. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs in the Oceanside / Parksville / Errington / Qualicum area. He does exceptional work!
