Chantel is amazing, both professionally and personally. She will always make you feel safe and taken care of. Due to personal reasons I was unable to maintain my hair and ended up with some mats. She was beyond kind and made me feel I was in a safe space, judgement free. I’ve been seeing Chantel for a couple of years now and I am beyond happy with her service. I will always recommend her for all hair extension needs.

Very disappointed because it was my daughter's first time wearing hair extensions. and she was very excited. It was a super fast appointment with little information. The extension of only 50gr and 1 row began to come loose on the 3rd day. and when I contacted the owner, her response was that it was normal. my daughter graduates in 5 more days and the extensions are all loose. unfortunate to have to pay so much money and not be happy. I do not recommend this place.

I have been seeing Chantel for few years now. Her service is personalized to what looks best on you. she knows her stuff very well and I am always happy to see her. I can't trust anyone but her with my extensions.
