This company manages the landscaping on East Bell Road between N 82nd Street and the 101 on the North side of East Bell Road in Scottsdale AZ. They "maintain" a large number of sprinkler heads that are next to the public sidewalk and spray & irrigate the grass landscaping. These sprinkler heads have for a long time been improperly placed so that they spray large volumes of water over the sidewalk. When I was crossing the road as a pedestrian in a marked crosswalk a driver for SiteWorks came close to hitting me. He swung around the corner and verbally harassed me.
