All the bad reviews are true, despite of what they say. I had the same bad experience as the others. I paid 160$ almost 15 days ago and they didn't do anything to publish my products on google. They are claiming in the ticket number #329048 also my website is suspended due to misreprentation, exactly like the others. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY.
After trusting Kliken with more than 1k EUR campaign budget for my e-commerce, they decided to stop my campaigns. I needed to discover on my own that my merchant center was suspended without any apparent reason. I demanded an immediate refund with ticket #330252 and I expect a reply as soon as possible.
It is almost 1 month that they are ignoring my refund request. They basically stole my money. BEWARE.
This is literally the worst choice to assist you in marketing campaigns. For our campaigns, the feed api did not work, so kliken advertised products with 404-links. Obviously the greedy Kliken Kraken still charged cost per click. We contacted customer service more than five times and never(!) received a response. It appears that Kliken also refused to refund the unused 240 USD we have in the now cancelded campaigns. Miałem reklamę w Kliken przez 3 lata, byłem bardzo zadowolony, była bardzo intuicyjna, tak jakby widziała co ma robić. Pod koniec zrobił się problem i przestała działać. Straciłem mnóstwo klientów. Na szczęście Kliken oddał mi pieniądze. Więc w tym wszystkim dobrze się skończyło.
