My agency used Sitetrail for several years. We were very happy for a long time. We particularly liked how they had writers who custom wrote the Press Releases. Unfortunately, they started using 100% AI generated articles without much oversight. One of my clients was very upset when it listed a bunch of incorrect details in the article. I instructed them not to use AI going forward and they did anyways. We have since moved onto another Press Release provider, I see no reason to pay for AI slop.

Setting up a campaign was easy. The locations available were outstanding. Every department was attentive and easy to work with. She even accepted our mocked-up version to make relaying our ideas so much easier than having to write up descriptions (which can be hard to communicate the vision). She paid attention to detain and corrected a few misunderstandings. Can't say enough good things.
