Sitescapes, Inc was always very helpful, especially providing proactive communications (product updates) along the way from fabrication to delivery. The payment process was also very easy. The products we received were delivered well packaged and without flaws.
I recently encountered an issue while trying to load my trailer as a hotshot. The staff rejected my trailer, which I found puzzling since we carry the same insurance as traditional flatbed semis. While I appreciate the need for safety and professionalism, this decision seemed inconsistent and unfair. I hope they can clarify their policies in the future to avoid confusion for hotshot drivers like myself.
