Just as feared -- paperless services touted by SiteOne means response-less services. Simple request to fix fan/light remote control under warranty (which incidentally has been erratic since Day One of new home) -- because fan refuses to be turned off and light refuses to be turned on, with no manual control option -- was supposedly forwarded to some unknown "subcontractor" and then met with dead silence for 3 days and counting.
