Been using them for years For all of our projects, always friendly staff.
Site One is fine for their products and delivery was timely, But we are slightly left wondering if the 6 yards of road crush could’ve been delivered to the area we wanted which was closer to the projects maybe the operator didn’t have the skills with the machine, or that machine didn’t have the capability to move the Big Bags 40+ ft to the back of the property via the 11 foot wide driveway. We have since had LVLs delivered for a different project from a lumber company and the delivery was done via long driveway into our gara... read more
EDIT: I talked with them about my delivery issue and they were very understanding, and I received a partial refund. It sounds like there’s a new delivery driver who didn’t know to check in if there were issues with the delivery Ordered dirt for delivery and was very clear about where I wanted it placed (I even drew a map and called to let them know about the map and where the map was)- delivery placed about 25 feet away from there, right close to the street sidewalk.
