I go here for irrigation supply. Just bought 6 Hunter sprinkler timers.
My husband went inside to take care of a payment situation and as i was over the phone with my husband and i heard the conversation and I was very surprised on how Eddie the employee spoke to a loyal and long time customer. It is unacceptable to treat a customer poorly just because you are leaving the company he should be terminated immediately if he is treating customers this way. I will be putting a formal complaint with HR on his behavior. Customers who buy here shouldnt be treated poorly.
