I was hoping to hash this out privately, with the manager Ryan Longenecker, but I decided to write this review after Siteone requested I “rate my experience” and Ryan— who said he would call me back— never did. Left me hanging, just like all my interactions with the employees below him. My communication style as a customer is not to yell, threaten, curse or suggest people get fired.
