Still awaiting to hear back from ANYONE. Purchased a vehicle, test drove and everything was ok, vehicle went to clean up when we left and got on the hwy(5 min away) we noticed the middle of the radio screen wasnt working. We contacted them that evening (they were closing when we left) and sent a video and have contacted many times, get hung up on and NO phone calls back. Had a great experience at Courage Kia yesterday. My wife contacted them about a vehicle and Lorenzo was literally waiting on us as we walked in the door. Lorenzo was courteous and listened to our needs/wants for a vehicle and presented us an option that worked financially as well as met our needs. Finance was great and honest on the deal.
