This has been an easy journey thanks to the staff at Siteman. I appreciate everything here. Everyone is kind, helpful, and thoughtful. I am also grateful for the valet service here. All of the workers are friendly and smiling. I must give a big shout out to Cornelius tho. He goes above and beyond to make folks feel welcomed and recognized. Always puts a smile on my face and usually has me laughing on the way in to treatments. A huge thanks to all of you.

I would rate this 0 if I could. The lady receptionist named Victoria Hendrickson was extremely rude and unprofessional in every way. She was raising her voice, talking with frustration and a bit racist, laughing at my back. Although I should be the one that was frustrated, waited patiently for amost 2 hours and not been called yet, came to ask them once with very gentle manner that when my patient would be seen next. Hard for me to get angry or frustrated and especially in public. I was talking to one receptionist normally a... read more

My dad passed away from Pancreatic Cancer and if I could have done anything for him I would have had him at MD Anderson or the Mayo Clinic. Siteman did nothing for my dad. All they did was put doubt in his mind about his diagnosis and we advocated as ha... read more

medical industry is a joke. supposedly rated top in the country but how can you be rated as top in the country when you dont even cure anyone and your success rate for treatment is garbage. so many people suffer and they are glorified for not doing anything and charging an arm and leg for it. my father passed away and had to pay thousands of dollars on top of it because we werent considered by the system as low class helpless people and not on medicaid. No options given by these doctors and they also tell you, you are not el... read more
