I would rate Siteman at a zero if I could. I feel like they treat patients as if they are on a conveyor belt and they are just trying to get the most patients that they can and do not care about saving anyone. All they do is give you the generic treatments and take zero risk. My dad passed away from Pancreatic Cancer and if I could have done anything for him I would have had him at MD Anderson or the Mayo Clinic. Siteman did nothing for my dad. All they did was put doubt in his mind about his diagnosis and we advocated as ha... read more
medical industry is a joke. supposedly rated top in the country but how can you be rated as top in the country when you dont even cure anyone and your success rate for treatment is garbage. so many people suffer and they are glorified for not doing anything and charging an arm and leg for it. my father passed away and had to pay thousands of dollars on top of it because we werent considered by the system as low class helpless people and not on medicaid. I would rate this 0 if I could. The lady receptionist named Victoria Hendrickson was extremely rude and unprofessional in every way. She was raising her voice, talking with frustration and a bit racist, laughing after my back. Hard for me to get angry or frustrated and especially in public. I was talking to one receptionist normall... read more

Love their nurses especially Suzie, Karla, Jim, Rachel and Ashley. Suzie is my fav ; ) Very helpful and friendly. They make a very uncomfortable situation tolerable. Even door greeters doing Covid testing and valet drivers friendly and helpful. Dr. Grierson and his staff also excellent with communication and follow up calls to check in with you. And I have received several calls in the evening, after hours, evening calls. Been very pleased with my care here.
