My wife had a great experience thanks for the customer service
They were super accommodating and very thorough - they took us next day after a contact tear (down here for a volleyball tournament). HIGHLY recommend!! UPDATE: back down there this past June (2025) for the same annual tournament and had the same exact exemplary service. Those hundreds of 5 star reviews are the real deal.
My family (kids ages 9 and 12, and my husband) and I had a great experience with Dr. Lee. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. It was truly the most helpful eye appointment I have ever had. When we picked out glasses, Jason was amazing with my girls. He helped them feel at ease and comfortable with choosing their first pair of glasses. This will be my go-to eye doctor from now on.
Dr. Lee was incredibly kind and very detailed, attentive, and thorough. She made sure to easily explain and address our exact concerns. The reception was also kind and accommodating.
