My family (kids ages 9 and 12, and my husband) and I had a great experience with Dr. Lee. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. It was truly the most helpful eye appointment I have ever had. When we picked out glasses, Jason was amazing with my girls. He helped them feel at ease and comfortable with choosing their first pair of glasses. This will be my go-to eye doctor from now on.
Dr. Lee was incredibly kind and very detailed, attentive, and thorough. She made sure to easily explain and address our exact concerns. The reception was also kind and accommodating.
The staff are awesome and helpful. Dr. Lee is awesome . You can tell she loves what she does, and that makes a big difference when trying to choose an optometrist. Will definitely be recommending people to site to see .
Many thanks to the whole team at Site to See Optical, my daughters glasses broke while on our vacation in the area (from the UK) and they were able to see us without an appointment and used the existing glasses to capture the prescription and then make a new pair in an hour! The team were very friendly and helpful explaining the options and took the time to talk us through the whole process. The price was also very reasonable :-)
