Ran into Omar while he was fixing another van near mine and asked for a minute of his time when he was finished. Omar was happy to come and see me and not only did he sort out my water sensor issue he was also happy to fully explain what was going on so I could rectify myself should it reoccur. Much appreciated and I'm glad to add this referral, if there was more than 5 stars Omar would deserve them all.
Should be more people like Omar in the caravan industry! Fantastic customer service, very reasonable rates and high quality workmanship. Omar was able to fix our water leak and taught us how the system all works for future issues. He communicated promptly and very clearly. Omar upgraded the solar capacity, fixed a faulty connection to the DCDC charger (which was in a fairly troublesome spot to detect) and installed an inverter in our VW 4motion camper. All of the work was excellent. We're now set to go on a big trip! Omar is really easy to communicate with and provides great advice.
On the road and needed help asap. Omar was more than happy to sort out my RV’s problem right then and there while I waited. Obliging, pleasant and professional I feel more than happy to recommend him as the man for the job.
