I had a really frustrating experience with this company last year. The initial consultation was very positive, but interactions with their manager (Ken) went downhill after that point. They showed up to work without confirmation beforehand, which should have been a clue to stop right then. Ken did not bring the notes I had written them about what to work on, and ignored most of the verbal instructions I gave them after arrival - they bulldozed through valuable plants, and did a poor job with the most important part (removal ... read more
They did an amazing job removing plants and shrubs and planting grass to start new - thank you so much!
They are good to there employees and listen to what there employees have to say. and are a blast to work for
