I’ve been having issues with my grinder pump (I should get a new one but $$) every time I have had to call them I speak with Sue who is probably the nicest most understanding woman ever. I’ve had 2 techs come out the next day and they were also very nice and informative.
Called to order an E/one pump and the gentlemen delivered it the next morning by 8:00am. It is a pleasure to work with a company that understands your needs and timeframe. Very satisfied and will be using Site Specific Design in the future. This is my second time ordering. The first time did not disappoint either. Friendly people from ordering, delivering and paying. Had lightning strike by our house that impacted our sewage grinder. Called Site Specific Design and from the minute I spoke to Maria in the front office I knew I had chosen a reputable and top notch company. Mike S the technician came the next morning on time, explained everything he was doing, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and overhauled the pump. I couldn’t have dealt with a more professional, qualified, honest and caring company. I highly recommend.
Site Specific was outstanding in every aspect. They called me back right away (during the weekend) helped me over the phone, then sent out a technician, Mike first thing Monday morning. Mike assessed the pump, explained in detail what had gone wrong, and was able to fix the issue right away. I highly recommend them!
Great job done on my grinder, not expected, lighting strick. Very experienced technician, explains everything. Done in 3 hrs. 👍
