I've used Site Specific Design 3 times in the past 5 years for grinder pump service. Their staff is always very courteous and professional. Special shout out to Maria and Nick!
Had an issue with my grinder pump after hours. Spoke with a on call tech, agreed we could wait until the next day. The office called first thing in the morning the next day and had a tech named Sebastian right out to replace my pump in no time he had us up and running. All staff was kind, courteous and fast!

The technician knew his stuff about grinder pumps. Even though the bad news was the 20 or old grinder pump in my yard was going . The technician was able to install a new one same day visit . And new one cost $4,700 00 new pump and labor and visit . That hurt but was worth it Now I do not have to worry next 25 yrs With newer model Great job site specific Joseph Smizaski
Service technicians Pat and Joe were awesome to work with. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issues. Their customer service attention to detail was extremely good.
