We had a very positive experience with Maria and service technician Pat with respect to the problem we were having with our septic pump. Pat explained every issue he found and showed us exactly what he was talking about. We had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We would highly recommend Site Specific to anyone who is considering this type of maintenance.
Kevin (plumber) was the best person to deal with, he explained everything, even try to fix the unit so I can save money but of course the unit was total lost. He's the most kind, nice and respectable person I ever work with. The Customer service (Sue & Maria) was the nicest person to talk to also. very accommodating, kind and respectful. I highly recommend this Company if you have any sewerage problem.
I've used Site Specific Design 3 times in the past 5 years for grinder pump service. Their staff is always very courteous and professional. Special shout out to Maria and Nick!
Had an issue with my grinder pump after hours. Spoke with a on call tech, agreed we could wait until the next day. The office called first thing in the morning the next day and had a tech named Sebastian right out to replace my pump in no time he had us up and running. All staff was kind, courteous and fast!
