Jon is a fantastic technician to work with, couldn't be happier with the service we received at our commercial business. He was very knowledgeable, quick, and precise with his diagnosis of our bad check valve, we were back up and running before we knew it for a reasonable price. Can't go wrong with this team!
The guy that came out to service our clogged sewer pump was very courteous, patient and explained everything well. He was there for about an hour and a half. He took off the sewer cap, removed the pump, scooped out the stuff that was clogging it and replaced 2 small sensors that were clearly worn. The issue was resolved. However, the price for that job was exorbitantly expensive at $1,000. Would've given a 5 star review if not for that ridiculously high charge. Sadly they tell you on the phone they can help you with all issues connected with you grinder pump. When they get here. They immediately said the problem is on the other side of the grinder pump. They don’t touch that. Still wanted 350 for showing up. They believed it was an air valve to be was the problem. When actually all that needed to be done was the valve in front of it turned to fix the problem. Had to get another person here to do that. They were quick and responsive when we needed them. Kevin , our technician, was great to work with and eased all my concerns and most importantly fixed our plumbing issue. I would absolutely recommend.
They know how to fix new septic systems. They also come to suffolk county on long island.
