Quick response and thorough work.
The technician knew his stuff about grinder pumps. Even though the bad news was the 20 or old grinder pump in my yard was going . The technician was able to install a new one same day visit . And new one cost $4,700 00 new pump and labor and visit . That hurt but was worth it Now I do not have to worry next 25 yrs With newer model Great job site specific Joseph Smizaski
Service technicians Pat and Joe were awesome to work with. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issues. Their customer service attention to detail was extremely good.
Nick did an amazing job repairing pump and answering all my questions and concerns.
Site specific, mainly their employee Jon Smith are fantastic. Any type of problem Jon is there to take care of as fast as possible. He always has a smile on his face and a pleasant demeanor even under the not so great conditions of working on a septic system. He is a consummate professional under all circumstances!!
