Great response, guidance, and scheduling from the office by Sue! Then, on the scheduled day, the service tech (Kevin) gave a heads up by phone/texting along the way and upon arrival -- and throughout his evaluation while I was working from home and occupied with conference calls. We had an alarm on our unit go off on Sunday. I spoke with John and he walked me through the process. He was great. I spoke with the office today and had another great experience with the person I spoke with (I forgot to get a name). Then the tech, Kevin Rogan was assigned to our call. He did a great job communicating with me. He explained everything. He got it all completed the same day. What started as a super stressful time yesterday ended up being a great experience with the company and their employees. Thank you.
