These guys are great - Called in for a quote, and a few days later picked up my tank and accessory parts.
What an excellent experience I had. From the person I initially spoke to on the phone (Sue) to the service tech (Rehm),l it was a pleasant and professional experience. They where very informative and patient. The repairs where quick, clean, and fairly priced. I recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them from now on.
My sewer pump broke at about 10 PM on a Monday night. In less than two hours a technician named Kevin Rogan showed up and replaced it so quickly. So glad a company like this Has an on-call technician like KEVIN for emergencies.
Customer service booking appt was polite and prompt. Kevin diagnosed our problem made repair … was extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend
