Very shady practices here - Dont do it - if you rent from them they will try to rip you off - if you are an owner don't hire them they will run off your tenants due to poor service and lies!
The worst company to rent from! They have been nothing but a pain not only for my business but for many of my neighbor businesses! I will not renew my lease here!
Note that this management company is terrible. All commercial tenants should be careful that they will change their management fees and water fees. I have experienced this. They are not using water meters to collect your water bills. It is more expensive, they charge more than they do.
