This place is a joke. They cut two big holes in my home many many months ago. My HOA approved a new roof to complete repairs. The materials then took a severely long time to be received. The materials have been reported in but this company who supposedly follows industry standards is now stating that in order to install under 60 degrees (industry standard is above freezing during install and we are going into 40’s), they would require my HOA to sign a document limiting their liability.
