I stopped in the shop to see if I could try on some glasses to find the best style for my face shape. I’ve been wearing contacts for years, but have been debating getting glasses. Andreina, the young lady working there was so patient and kind with helping me try on different glasses. I was so indecisive, but she gave me great suggestion’s and explained the different types of lenses! Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience!! I will be returning soon.
These people have indeed the worst customer service I have ever experienced for eyewear. We literally went to four other places in Tracy before and after coming to them. The other places are professional and helpful. We went in to check out some glasses, and one person was on the phone while the other was probably taking a nap in the back and came out late, all moody. For all future/current eye patients of Site For Sore Eyes at (Tracy : 1839 W. 11th StreetTracy, CA 95376). Please read this before making a choice of this location. I went to this place for eye check up and paid $59 for my eye exam. The doctor gave an eye glass prescription and connected with front desk to evaluate my options. They said overall for this prescription it will cost this much $amount. I asked for itemized price for each option like (transitions, progressive etc…) they have not given me that price. This was definitely the best eye exam I’ve ever had, the doctor is thorough and very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing 5 stars for the eye doctor.
I received pleasant client service from Andreina. She heard my needs/wants and helped me customize my glasses. I appreciated her time. Dr. Mahrukh Chishty-qawam was excellent. She is experienced, made me feel valued and heard. She was efficient and quick in the best way. I Highly recommend this office. They have a fun selection of spectacles.
