I love Andreina! When I think of Site for Sore Eyes I think (I get to see the girl I like talking to!) She is tentative, kind and AMAZING. Always down to help me out, give me advice and is patient with me while I’m trying on 20 different glasses. If you go here, this is your girl.
My wife and I only go here for two reasons...to get our visual needs, and the chance to see Andreina! She is an absolute pleasure to work with, and one of the reasons why we keep going back to the business. If you are looking for glasses and contacts, this is an establishment I would highly recommend you check out, they are professional, thorough, and fun!
We mistakenly came in for an appointment that was scheduled for the following week. Upon entrance, the two employees working had a very unwelcoming presence. The first lady did not say anything. We walked towards the back to the other lady saying we had an appointment. Her facial expressions were off putting. We felt real uncomfortable. I have been coming to the Tracy location for years since moving here. I have had a great experience with each doctor but today was by far the best one. Reading other reviews ive never had an issue with getting my copy of the prescription and have never needed to ask for it after, its given to me. I do buy my contacts elsewhere because they have them on hand and do not need to wait for them to come in. But I have ordered contacts and a pair of glasses from site for sore eyes with no issues.
