Excellent Customer Service I've had my eyes checked by the doctor here, and found her more helpful than the Kaiser doctor I went to previously. The folks who run the place are always extremely friendly and helpful and you feel like you've been treated like a real human being.
Perfect I've been going there for a long time, each time is a perfect experience, they know how to treat people, their stock is always in fashion and their Doctors are top notch. If you want great deals, fast service and wanted to be treated well, stick with Site For Sore Eyes, San Leandro.
Horrible The manager is downright rude, cuts you off and won't let you get a word in. They overprice you when ordering contacts, it's more than 40% cheaper to just order through 1-800-CONTACTS. Overall, horrible customer service and make you feel like they just want your money.
